Mayer Advantage offers an unlimited support plan for our clients. The program is designed to offer rapid and effective help with any support issues as well as questions during normal business hours. This plan features the ability to log your requests through our customer portal (https://mayererp-portal.acumatica.com/), email (support@mayererp.com) and phone.
We pride ourselves on responding to support cases in a timely fashion. We prioritize cases based on their severity level and offer a service level of the following:

Medium | 1 Day |
Low | 2 Days |
