PALLETS

Acumatica’s packaging features are pretty rich. You can create unlimited numbers of packages; call them boxes, pallets, tanks, etc. You can add as many of these packages, the same type or different ones, to a shipment as you need. Items from the sales orders are then assigned to their appropriate package. But what happens when you put the products in a package and then need to load those packages on a pallet? How do you keep track of where everything is? We have an answer for that. The pallets module allows you to create as many different pallet types as need, add them to the shipment and then assign the packages the individual pallets. Each pallet has a unique number so it’s easy to keep track of which items are in which packages on which pallets.
