Take Acumatica to the next level
This enhancement adds the much needed Available to Promise feature within Acumatica.
Defining Lead Times
Lead times are calculated from many different sources, these various lead times can be turned on or off as desired. These settings can be found in Inventory Preferences (IN101000).
Note that option 5 Additional Time is defined in the settings:

Usage
ATP View
Using this screen any item may be selected to view ATP, the green checkmark on the “LT” line indicates that largest lead time when any quantity would be available (always reads 99,999 quantity):
ATP Type Codes are as follows:
BOH: Beginning quantity on hand PO: Most recent PO due to be received and the quantity that will be available at that time. LT: The maximum lead time for the item where any quantity can be made available.
The Sales Order Screen (SO301000)
The Sales Order Screen now has an “ATP” button available that will display the ATP screen for the currently selected order line when clicked:
Save Promise Date
This is the same screen except the “Save Promise Date” button is now available and the ability to lookup a different item is disabled. Selecting a row from the bottom grid and clicking the “Save Promise Date” button will write the selected date back to the sales order line.
