Long Descriptions enhancements allows entry of long and complex (HTML) comments on multiple forms and copying between them.
- The following screens have a new “Other” tab added with rich text box entry
- Opportunity
- Sales Quote
- Sales Order
- Invoice
- Copying works in sequence from a-d. Example, creating a sales quote from an opportunity will copy the “Other” text into the new quote upon save (will initially be blank until saved the first time). Service Orders have an existing long description already that will likewise update from a generating Opportunity.
