Memos

The Mayer Advantage Memos feature is a clever extension of the Common Attributes object within Acumatica. Memos allow predefined, short messages to be added to several objects within Acumatica (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Production orders, etc.) Once activated by module the associated Attribute is automatically included at the line level of the specified object allowing the user to select from the dropdown list of the available values maintained in the Common Attributes page. With the optional Header Active flag a choice can be made in the header of the document which will automatically apply to all lines added to the document.
